On June 12, 2025, Bu Jian, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Yangpu District People's Congress, accompanied by Ma Qing, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of Yangpu District and Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, visited the Italian Innovation Center located in the Oriental Fisherman's Wharf International Center of Yangpu Binjiang for a special investigation. During the visit, a transnational art exchange salon was being held at the center. Deputy Director Bu Jian showed keen interest in the event and had in-depth exchanges with the center's 负责人 (person in charge) to jointly explore the integrated development of international innovation cooperation and cultural exchanges.

During the investigation, Xu Shunwu, the person in charge of the Italian Innovation Center, detailed the center's business segments and work achievements to Bu Jian and his delegation.
