In recent days, Song Nanhui, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Yangpu District Federation of Foreign Affairs, led a delegation of representatives from the Chinese overseas community on a study visit to Chengdu, in Sichuan province. The itinerary included meetings with local federations, the Sichuan University Foreign Affairs Federation, and the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group Federation. The President of the Italian Innovation Center, Mr. Xu Shunwu, was invited to participate in the mission.

During his visit to the Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group Aviation Education Center, President Xu shared his thoughts, emphasizing how deeply moved he was by the spirit of loyalty and dedication of aviation operators, which has contributed to the country's rise. He said that the place is not only a temple of aviation achievements, but also a bastion of values that inspires new generations to pursue their dreams in the service of the nation. He also pointed out that this spirit could be an important stimulus for further deepening cooperation between Italy and China in the field of technological innovation.

During the mission, Mr. Xu had lively exchanges with the local federation and innovation institutes in Chengdu, illustrating the experiences of the Italian Innovation Center in the field of Sino-Italian cooperation in technology, culture, and entrepreneurship, and exploring possibilities for future collaborations with Sichuan in the areas of innovation and technology transfer.
